Aligning Yourself for Your Prophecy to Come to Pass

When you receive a prophetic word you must ask yourself, ‘What must I do so that the Word I received can come to pass?’ In Matthew 4:13, we see Jesus making a geographical shift from Nazareth to go to Galilee and the Scripture is explicit as to why he did so: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, the land of Zebulon, and the land of Naphtali, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles …(Matthew 4:14,15).

If He did not move, we would not be singing about the MAN FROM GALILEE. We would rather be talking about the Christmas BABY BOY FROM NAZARETH.

His birth certificate said: Jesus of Nazareth but His resume read: The Man from Galilee. What a difference?

There is a young lady in my church who every time I look at her, I would see one of our international airports, NMIA. The challenge is she has been trying to get a job for many years but nothing. I would ask her, ‘what is up?’ She would reply, ‘NOTHING, I AM JUST BELIEVING GOD’. Recently, I ask her to drop off her resume by my office. While she was working her faith I sent an armor bearer to drop her resume off at the airport… Well, praise God! She emailed me this morning to say she is going to sign up her contract for work. SHE GOT THE JOB AND I AM ONE HAPPY PASTOR RIGHT NOW.

DON’T WAIT FOR THE JOB TO CALL YOU IF YOU HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THE RESUME. If you want miracle in your marriage, obey the prophetic instructions you have received.

Are you a writer with a prophecy of getting some big publishing contract? You will have to sacrifice and get an agent or move to a dominant market. You can’t just say, ‘I got a prophecy and so I sit and do nothing’. ALIGN YOURSELF!

Agreed! When we do our part, the maifestation is sure, Abba our Father is faithful. In my opinion we could associate this article with James 2:26, faith without works is dead.

  • in full agreement with that sir. this should our mandate. When I got my first prophecy about promotion I literally worked that prophecy, I wrote it down in my journal/diary and every other time i would just check in on it. and say ” yes you are coming, not long but very soon, God said it and it shall come to pass.

Therefore, it is very important not to loose your deposit of faith. kEEP IT VERY CLOSE TO YOUR HEART.

  • This is a very important message as many persons receive a prophecy, feel great in the moment for that supernatural word from the throne room of heaven, ….but then what?

When I received my first prophecy I felt very blessed and still do. Let me be honest, I received the word, trust the word, look forward to the fulfilment of God’s word, but did not know what to do to get there. Many of us lean back and put life on cruise control awaiting the rewards from the Word. The teaching of prophecy alignment and prepreparation changed my perspective and was a well needed lessen.

A word of prophecy spoken over my children came to pass this week and we give the Glory to God. Looking back at the journey, we did not leave it all to God’s Word, we worked the process preparing and supporting our children and the result ….. their prophecy came to pass.

I Thank God for the wisdom of this ministry. There are many lessons to learn as there are many prophecies to come to pass. I am still learning but we have to align ourselves while we trust in the Word. GOD BLESS YOU. (Kevin)
